Activation Type

Do it yourself (DIY) – Free

  • You create your own smart tools (venue, event, anywhere, smart navigation) using the patent pending TripProximity portal
  • If you have many venues or events, you use our dynamic tools when you have templates for landing pages for multiple events and venues.
  • You have the development resources to write the script to integrate your data in real time into our tool.
  • We provide activation support via chat and email.

 

We do it for you (WDFY) – $99 one time

  • We create your smart tools (venue, event, anywhere, smart navigation) using the patent pending TripProximity portal.  You can then further customize the tools and can view the utilization/engagement online.
  • Or if you want to create your own tools, but don’t have anyone to update your website, if you provide us the admin login credentials, we can add the tools to your web pages.

 

Dynamic Tool – We do it for you (WDFY) – $999 one time

  • We create your smart tools (venue, event, anywhere, smart navigation) using the patent pending TripProximity portal.
  • You can then further customize the tools and can view the utilization/engagement online.
  • We work with your technical team to write your dynamic script, integrating in your business rules

LEVEL 1 Accounts – Free

For you, a group of friends or family or for your company or venue or organization
Bookings and referrals count toward reaching next level (10 booking requirement to reach Level 2)

LEVEL 2 Partner Accounts – 399 upgrade fee (*)

You will automatically be upgraded to Level 2 if you achieve 10 bookings (no time limit).

All Level 1 benefits, plus:

10% royalty plus 10% donation (for non-profits 25% donation)

Customize the colors to match your branding

Custom travel preference options plus basic Concierge capabilities, with the ability to choose from our library of options)

Use of our Smart MAP tool

Use of our dynamic tool for sites with lots of content pages

Payment quarterly

You are invited to our Game Changer Community client village, where we provide insights and support on best practice use of TravelingToGive.

(*) If you achieve 10 bookings per month for 3 months after activation, we will refund this fee at the end of 3 months.

LEVEL 3 Accounts – $999 one time fee

25 bookings per month for first three months after activation or one time fee of $999 (*)

All Level 2 benefits, plus:

Embed our dynamic tool into your enterprise client system

Eligible for client bonus for OPT-OUT implementation

Eligible for volume bonus

Concierge tab feature to organize and customize content for your visitors/attendees

Early access to new products

Dedicated account director/phone support, providing marketing support, in addition to implementation and technical support

Custom registration link for your network (or additional donations for non-profits) to earn royalty on referrals
