Ron is an executive advisor to Solutionz in the area of sales and
service strategy and is also our key resource for the retail and consumer goods
industry. He is a visionary
leader, with a demonstrated record of exceeding profit goals, turning around
underperforming companies and driving increased market share, revenue and
shareholder value.
Ron’s core competencies include strategic planning vision, new
business development, benchmarking sales and service against best practices,
mergers and acquisitions and supply chain optimization.
In his role as an executive advisor to C-level individuals, Ron
is well known for delivering objective truths about their business. He is a trusted as a provider of
creative solutions to their most challenging business issues.
Ron has been consulting since 2006 and from 1998 to 2006 held the
role of President in various independent operating companies of ConAgra
Foods.
Ron’s career path began with sales at the direct street level,
accelerating to Vice President and General Manager with various firms in the
manufacturing/food service industry, including Tri Valley Growers, The Dannon
Company, Rich Seapak Corporation, Ore-Ida Foods and Oscar Mayer Company.
Ron resides in Tampa, Florida. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel
Hill. He has also attended
executive programs at Wharton Business School.
He is on the board of directors for Lifework Leadership, the
Christian Legacy Foundation, Somebody Cares Tampa, Network Architects and the
International Foodservice Manufacturers Association.
