Peter joined the Solutionz Group board in 2009. Peter Giamalva is principal, Dartmoor Hill, LLC. a private company providing executive management expertise in leisure real estate and travel. This business assists management teams in assessing marketing strategies, analyzing consumer targets and seeks to improve overall performance. Giamalva formed Dartmoor Hill as a 25-year travel industry professional whose experience spans the packaged vacation, car rental and leisure accommodation sectors.

Previously, he was President and Managing Director of NorthCourse Advisory Services, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation and the leading global specialist in comprehensive research, consulting and advisory services focused on the shared ownership segment of the leisure real estate industry.

In 1999, Giamalva joined Group RCI and has held the positions of chief marketing officer; general manager, leisure rental division; and chief operating officer, RCI - Europe and Middle East. As Chief Operating Officer, he managed a business with a vast array of leisure accommodations including more than 60,000 vacation homes, 54 bungalow parks, over 100 campsites and hundreds of resorts affiliated to the RCI exchange network. The European business unit fulfilled exchanges and vacation rentals in excess of 1,000,000 transactions annually.
