Mike Sullivan brings to Solutionz his passion for helping firms more effectively reach Baby Boomers and older clients.
Mike works with the Customer Centric Strategy group within Solutionz, providing insights and support, as well as implementation assistance with the culture change required for an organization to shift from a product centric view to a customer (or member) centric view.
He is the co-author of a best-selling book, 101 Easy Ways to Increase Business with Boomerplus Clients and does both speaking and training on the topic of serving this burgeoning market.
Over the course of his career, his main focus has been
the financial services and health care industries, including retirement communities. Mike previously served as Vice President, Corporate Communications, First
Union National Bank (now Wells Fargo), Charlotte NC.
He has a journalism degree from the University of Detroit
and an MBA from Wayne State University.
He is a member of the National Speakers Association and the American
Society for Training and Development. He serves as Past Chairman, Council on
Aging, Charlotte, and was honored with the Monroe Gilmour award for his
contribution to the aging population in Charlotte.
