Mike Smith joined the Solutionz
Group in 2001. He is an
accomplished IT project and program manager with extensive experience in all
stages of software development and support life cycles. He is accomplished in the development
of user requirements and work flow analysis.
He works with the Solutionz
Group on major, complex project implementations to assure that the projects are
completed on time and within budget.
Mike was the lead Program Manager for both the LasVegas.com and
Liberty/GoGo development projects.
He contributes his strengths in
problem solving and meeting objectives in a team environment to every Solutionz
Group project.
Prior to his association with
the Solutionz Group, Mike was the Senior Manager of Global IT Operations for
Level 3 Communications in the Denver area, where he resides with his wife.
Prior to Level 3, Mike spent
four years with Worldspan and over seven years with Delta Airlines, in various
management roles. Mike has a deep
knowledge of the GDS, tour company and airline reservations system environments
and has also worked on distributed systems development.
