agencies in the US in the development of a consumer portal that
supported shopping, entertainment and travel commerce, coupled with
personalization and a loyalty program. The system launched within five
months of project kick-off. Responsible for recommendation on the
booking engine, ticketing and fulfillment services, and call center
support outsourcing and management of the travel portion of the portal,
from design to implementation.
